STEAM teaching and learning goes beyond the mere transfer of knowledge. It engages students and equips them with critical thinking, problem solving, creative and collaborative skills, and ultimately establishes connections between the school, work place, community and the global economy.

STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math) skills are the real-world problem-solving skills that can be developed in school and explored to know more about how they can be applied to exciting careers in energy and more.

Our goal is to empower women to be fully productive, be the best version of themselves while having economic rewards.

There are many international recognitions and initiatives towards supporting women’s economic empowerment, including the Beijing Platform for Action, the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women and a series of International Labour Organization conventions on gender equality.

In recent day, the growing body of evidence shows that gender equality significantly contributes to advancing economies and sustainable development, as such working with a variety of partners, our programmes promote women’s ability to upskill themselves, secure decent jobs, accumulate assets, influence institutions and public policies determining growth and development.
